Set of tools to be used with IP addresses in scripts.

resolve
	Resolves or reverse resolves between IP addresses
	host names, or mac addresses.

ipsort
	Sorts IP addresses in numerical order.

ipcoll
	Collates IP addresses into "subnet" blocks where
	possible
